To Sam and my many friends at Wig USA.

I wanted to tell you that I think you have a superior line of human hair wigs, at extraordinarily fair prices. I think the color combinations are very trendy and the hair itself is very durable and of fine quality. The piece that I wear is the Adell Human Hair with mono-top. I deposit color at the roots (which it accepts well), have it cut into a layered shoulder length style, and keep it well cleaned and conditioned. Depending on usage I can usually get 6-9 months out of each wig.

I have been on a tour of the facility, as well as meeting Sam, the owner, and was so impressed by everyone's knowledge of the products and willingness to share their personal insights and suggestions for making the hair look natural and unnoticeable to the untrained eye. While there Sam generously offered me their new Jacquelyn lace front human hair to try at no cost to me. That certainly was the first time that's ever happened. I was very grateful.

I have done business with Wig USA for the past 10 years and have never been dissatisfied. If I received an order that wasn't up to standards, I would make a call and the exchange would happen without incidence. Having had alopecia areata for 30 years, I've come to wear hair from many distributors, but I must say, your line is at the top.

Please excuse the humorous/casual card. When I saw it... I thought of you. A person running a prominent business wears many hats and has to "look into" every facet of the operation. (& is very busy). I did so, when I was vice-president of a 16 fashion store chain and later when I had my own advertising agency.

Since receiving the new "Janet"... I finally got to see how it looks after being set. My beautician wasn't able to come to my area during the two weeks of heavy snow & ice storms.

Seeing that it wasn't cut, as I requested... and your personal supervisor, previous problems were avoided.

I certainly appreciated your stepping in & directing the production of the new "Janet" wig. Believe me, I would never have returned the previous ones if they didn't have problems. The customized Janet has

• Better color + amount of grey (just a hint) is fine!
• The "mono" top is better - don't want to see a lot of scalp (was too much in past).
• The styling from my right side to left on top is better, too!

Christina Jones has been very helpful at Beauty + Hair for many years, I've had to wear human hair wigs at all times... Therefore, this is so important to me.
